What gets deleted
- Your profile: display name, picture, personal message, about me and scene
- Every message you’ve sent, in every chat
- Your contacts, groups, blocked list and settings
- Your username and friend code (someone else can use them afterwards)
- Your login, and the e-mail, full name and date of birth you signed up with
It happens straight away. You’ll leave any group chats you were in, and messages your friends sent you stay in their own chat history.
What we keep
If one of your messages was reported or flagged for safety review, moderators keep that report until it’s been dealt with. Suspensions stay on record. See the privacy policy for details.
